I create in my rural Vermont home studio. Unlike most, I never aspired to ‘‘be an artist’. I have drawn and painted my entire life. In journals, while sitting in coffee shops or while listening to music throughout my day. It wasn’t until my late 30’s post-divorce, that I began posting my work on my personal page as a means to save it (without holding onto it) and understand my journey toward freedom, with art. Being ‘found’ was an incredibly scary experience at the time, but I am so thankful for every opportunity that followed. Thank you for being there while I rebuilt my life.
