New Collection of 9x12 artworks. The raw charcoal, gouache and gesso mediums came together beautifully for me in the moment. The women’s poses, combined with contrast perfect depicts the connection I’ve been longing for lately… Simple. Strong. Stark. 

The pieces are numbered in the order they were created. When I sit down to journal, I often feel an intense urge to get energy out and onto the page. The pieces evolve into different states of mind as I continue on. Collections are not planned, and never an intended series.                           I work until the emotions are fully expressed.
